These past couple of months we’ve all been focused on gratitude—spending time honoring the wonderful parents and mentors who took such great care of us throughout our lives. It’s been a beautiful season of appreciation. Now, we want to shift that spirit of care toward your home! Just like you take care of the people you love, we want to help you honor your home if it needs a little bit of extra attention.

Your home is where life happens, and we want to make sure your KCI home stays as beautiful and functional as the day you moved in. That’s why if you find something that needs a touch-up, our warranty process is designed to be quick, simple, and stress-free.

How to Start Your Warranty Request

Your home is protected by the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association’s 1 Year Limited Warranty. If you aren't sure where your copy is, check the packet you received at closing—it contains all the details on what items are covered.

When you're ready to get started, follow these simple steps:

• Review Your Coverage: Please take a moment to look over your warranty documents to verify if the item is covered.
• Send Us an Email: Once you’ve verified your coverage, simply email your request to warranty@kcihomes.com.
• Connect with the Pros: Most of your warranty items will be repaired by the original contractor who did the work. Once we approve your request, we will ask you to contact that specific contractor directly to schedule your repair appointment.
• Keep Us in the Loop: After you’ve scheduled your appointment, please send us a quick email to let us know the date, and another one once the work is completed.
• We’ve Got Your Back: If a contractor happens to miss an appointment, please contact us immediately.

Need to find those contact numbers in a hurry? Please refer to the Homeowner’s Packet you received at closing; it includes a full list of your contractor’s phone numbers for both standard appointments and urgent emergencies.
