Before requesting service, you’ll want to take a quick peek at your warranty to see what’s included. A surprising number of issues can be addressed easily and quickly once reviewed.

How the KCI Warranty Process Works (AKA: We Keep It Easy on Purpose)

When you discover something that needs attention…

  1. Email your request to:
    warranty@kcihomes.com
  2. We’ll review it and let you know what’s covered.
  3. Once approved, you’ll be asked to contact the contractor who originally performed the work.
    (These are the folks who know your home best — like your house’s personal pit crew.)
  4. When you schedule your appointment, email us back with:
    • The appointment date
    • And later, confirmation once the repair is completed
  5. If a contractor ever misses an appointment?
    Tell us immediately.
    Your time matters and we take that seriously.
