Your Peace of Mind: The COHBA Warranty

Every KCI home comes backed by the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association’s (COHBA) 1 Year Limited Warranty. This is the gold standard for quality and protection in our neck of the woods!

• Check Your Paperwork: You should have received a copy of this warranty during your closing. We encourage you to grab a cup of coffee and give it a quick review to see all the wonderful items and systems that are covered.

How to Make a Request: A Simple 1-2-3 Process

We want to make the repair process as smooth and disruption-free as possible. If you spot something that needs attention, just follow these cheerful steps:

1. Email Us: Send your request over to warranty@kcihomes.com. Our team will review the details against your warranty coverage.
2. Contact the Pro: Most warranty items are repaired by the specific contractor who originally did the work (they know your house best!). Once we approve your request, we’ll ask you to contact the associated contractor directly to find a time that fits your schedule.
   • Note: You can find all Contractor Phone Numbers for appointments and emergencies in your Homeowner’s Packet!
3. Keep Us in the Loop: After you’ve set a date, shoot us a quick email to let us know when it's scheduled. Once the work is done, let us know that, too! This helps us ensure everything was completed to our high standards.
