Your warranty is the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association’s 1 Year Limited Warranty. You should have received a copy of your warranty at closing. Please review your warranty to see what items are covered and email us at warranty@kcihomes.com with your request. Most of your warranty items will be repaired by the contractor that did the work. Once your request is approved, we will ask that you contact the associated contractor directly to schedule your appointment for repair. After scheduling your appointment, please email us and let us know when it is scheduled and when it is completed. Please contact us immediately if a contractor misses an appointment.
